The Lubbock Symphony Guild, Inc. is a
cultural and social organization
whose purpose is to support and promote
classical music appreciation and the
Lubbock Symphony Orchestra, thereby enhancing
the quality of life in the Lubbock Community.
Objectives of the Lubbock Symphony Guild
To entertain, educate, and challenge the membership and the
community with ideas and opportunities concerning classical music.
To create a social environment to generate interest and enthusiasm
among the members of the Guild.
To create positive public relations within the community through
fundraisers and activities.
The Lubbock Symphony Guild is a member of the
League of America Orchestras(LAO) and the
Texas Association for Symphony Orchestras (TASO)
